Posterous - is just lovely and, like tumblr, a little different from the rest in that you can post things really easily by e-mail.
We tried out Posterous for our own blog ( welikeartists.posterous.com )and have found it to be fast, easy and clean to use. Quick to set up, you then select the name you would like to use and receive a special email address, all set up for you.
Write an e-mail, add some text, include a photo, pop in a web address and then send it to your posterous e-mail address. Posterous makes it into a post, converts all the web addresses to active links, uploads the photos and places them in the blog.
You can even upload video and audio. If you prefer to post information via the web, you can do that too. They recently introduced ‘pages’ for the service which means you can set up static pages with information which remains unchanged such as biographies and ‘about you’. The result is a little like a basic website.
