youSendit.com allow you to send very large files (or small ones as well) to anyone with an email address and, what is different from other cloud computing sharing services we have already listed here, is that the person you are sending to doesn’t have to have anything special set up.
MyIdeasBook - An online 'sketchbook' and space to bring together your images, words, links, notes and musings, accesible from any connected screen. Just the type of workspace you, as a connected artist, might find brilliantly practical.
Dropdo - is a site which lets you upload images, documents, audio or video files and share them with anyone, simply by sending them a link.This is brilliant if you have problems sending large files, via your email service, if you want several people to have access to the same file very quickly or if you need people to view a file in their browser without downloading it onto their own machine.

Huddle - Get organised and collaborate for free with this handy online service, provided by Huddle.

Evernote - remembers everything. A bit of a tall order but this nifty website and application really tries to do just that for you.
TeuxDeux - Are you a list maker? Most people find this a basic way of trying to get organised even if, like us, you do add some things you just did so you can cross them off retrospectively and make yourself feel like you are getting a lot done!!
DropBox - Files at your Fingertips - Have all your digital files accessible from any computer you work on.
Dropbox is a simple, free and very clever online way of getting at the files you need from anywhere there is a computer.
